Bati l’Gani at Queens New Music Festival

Queens New Music Festival presents flutist Laura Falzone, as part of the ISSA Sonus ensemble, performing the New York premiere of Meira Warshauer’s Bati l’Gani  (I Entered My Garden) Sunday, May 17 at 5:00pm at the Big Secret Theatre, Long Island City, Queens. The Festival kicks off with a concert on May 13th featuring the Kronos Quartet & Face the Music students and ends with the ISSA Sonus ensemble’s concert. Over  five days, from May 13-17, the Queens New Music Festival will present 8 concerts by ensembles including Iktus percussion, Random Access Music, Face the Music & Kronos quartet, Eco-Music Big Band, Percussia, ISSA Sonus Ensemble, Lost Dog New Music Ensemble, Giacomo Baldelli, and  Ensemble 365. For more about the festival and performers visit:
